Electronics manufacturing in India offered two options — large EMS factories optimised for scale, or small assemblers without the capability and discipline for complex programs.
Neither served the companies that mattered most: hardware innovators, D2C brands, and corporates with mid-volume programs. AMS was built to close that gap with engineering accountability, agile execution, and end-to-end ownership.
